(Carolina Youth Convention)
The Carolina Youth Convention is an annual gathering of students and leaders from across the North & South Carolina who come together for a weekend of worship, community, fun, and much more.
Location – The Great Wolf Lodge!
The Great Wolf Lodge has it all: a 80,000-square-foot indoor water park kept at a warm 84 degrees year-round, an arcade, fun attractions, gift shops, and several dining options. greatwolf.com
**The GWL is a CASHLESS resort!! You will NOT be able to use cash for anything there! I suggest students bring a prepaid card for purchases if needed.
CYC Registration $80 per person.
Hotel: $350.29 per night (sleeps 6-about about $58.38 pp, pn)
*Each group will book and pay for their own rooms. You can do so by calling 866-751-9653. Please use “Reference Block Code 2311NRCC”.
*Rooms MUST be booked by Thursday, October 19th! (Full price afterwards!)
*The rooms can be canceled 72 hours prior to check-in. Rooms canceled with 72 hours will be subject to 1 night’s cost.
*To receive the free CYC t-shirt, registrations must be in by October 19. Students may register after that, but they will not receive the tshirt.
*CYC is open to ANY and ALL students 6-12th grades, and to graduated/college-age students under 21 years old.
*Pizza will be provided Saturday night. All other meals are on your own. (Our group usually does a “grab breakfast” which consist of muffins, pop-tarts, fruit, etc. and milk or juice. We put it all in one “central room”, and students just come to that room to get it and then take it back to their room to eat. You can do this for any meal. The GWL also has different places to eat. If you do bring food in, please try to keep it contained to your rooms. The GWL doesn’t allowed outside food in the common areas of the resort, only in your rooms.)
